Instructions

You can get started in three easy steps:

# 1. Install a package with repository for your system:
# On CentOS, install package centos-release-scl available in CentOS repository:
$ sudo yum install centos-release-scl

# On RHEL, enable RHSCL repository for you system:
$ sudo yum-config-manager --enable rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms

# 2. Install the collection:
$ sudo yum install nginx14

# 3. Start using the software collection:
$ scl enable nginx14 bash

At this point you should be able to use nginx just as a normal application. Some examples of new available commands follow:

$ nginx -v
$ service nginx14-nginx start

In order to view the individual components included in this collection, including additional subpackages, you can run:

$ sudo yum list nginx14\*

Incubator: Early-stage or experimental projects. May not be updated beyond the existing build. Not suitable for long-term use.
